At Furnish Green, we take pride in our curated collection of vintage and modern home goods; if your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange. Please note that due to the unique nature of our inventory, items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Transport

  Carefully repackage the item in its original materials to ensure the furniture or decor is protected against damage during the return journey.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Send the item back using a tracked shipping service or schedule a drop-off at our main showroom during regular business hours.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
